Got ToL on Mage and got him to 120. Worked out some kinks and cleaned up the code a bit. DPS Parses to follow.

Finally got to level 120 and updated anything related to 120. Working on AAs now so DPS parse is based off max aas for CoV, unfortunalely still do not have ToL on Cleric, SK, or Mage accounts.
