Here's what I use for a level 100 druid.
And I'd like to note that I try and keep it simple (aka KISS) in that I only really use the Buff, DPS, and Heal sections. I use /dpson as an in-game command to toggle DPS off or on (off on heavy-hitting mobs or multi-pulls).
I can do others of course, since there are many great examples that others have put in here.
But I just haven't sat down and tried to figure out what they really do. One of these days I will, I am sure.
One thing I have noticed is that the Blessing of RO aa debuff is recasted a few times on a mob. I know some others have mentioned some kind of setting like |ONCE, and I'd say that would be a nice thing to put out there also.
