Fix for dead members not releasing to bind point

Fixed the condition check to ensure that the group member will release to bind point in case the zone can only support 6 players

New commands 'target' and 'me' added

To cut down on possible typos and to keep from having to type out full names, you can now target the character to disband and use 'target'. Also, if you are the one with the merc, you can just use 'me'.

So, if you have the merc, target the member to disband and type: /lua run mercrez target me

Disbanded member release / New run command

The disbanded member will release to bind point prior to the merc unsuspend. This should help with instances that only allow 6 characters.

Can now be used while loading the Lua!
Usage: /lua run mercrez <MemberToDisband> <MemberToUseMerc> <Optional: Seconds to unsuspend merc for> .

Otherwise, the program will remain open until ended with /mercrez stop/close/exit
