NOTE: All testing has been on a single TLP server. It should work on live and test, but I've not tested its handling of no-drop items.

Only guildhall vendors are pre-configured, so I'd suggest starting there.
Getting started
Protect your food, drink, and any reagents by adding them to the never list. This prevents them from being included in any wildcard operations, especially depot-all.
Getting started: Seeds of Destruction
If you're working on quests in seeds of destruction and are annoyed by all the collection items, go to the guildlobby and run this command:
If you don't trust me, use the whatif to check what the above command would do:
Getting started: Depot
Nothing to configure if you want to move tradeskill items to your depot, except for the never list. You did do that right?
Getting started: Hotbar
I'd suggest making a hotbar with each of the below quick commands. This will permit you to manage configuration by simply picking up an item and clicking on the appropriate button
Getting started: Guildbanking
If you like your guildmates, configure it to deposit all rank 2 spells in the guildbank.
Now clean out your inventory by running:
Getting started: Parceling
If you have a character or friend that likes to cook, send all the meats you pickup their way:
And send all the ore to your blacksmithing alt:
Whenever you return to the guild lobby, you can now perform all the configured parcels via:
Getting started: Selling
Whenever you return to the guild lobby, you can now profit from all that junk by running:

Repeat the above selling process for bank, tribute, and guildbank.
