Got me through NOS, burns through endurance but good ++

Startup commands (specifically loading MQ2cast) constantly caused my bard to keep playing songs and not respecting any of the twist settings in KA.

Hmm. You can delete those startup commands, but I use this INI daily and have never encountered this problem. You can always reach out for help!
