A seat on the Red Court is an esteemed position for semi-retired Redguides experts. The seats may be held by past monthly-poll winners that are too old to contribute anymore, jaded assholes, packet freaks, and pre-compilers that haven't updated since '05. The seats are likely to change every month, they are anonymous until after the winner is selected, and they may not have any stake in the current poll - meaning they haven't contributed squat this month.
