IRL - 1st Time Plugin Buyer - Is There A Problem? (1 Viewer)

Hi all.
Not sure if there is an issue here as this is the first time I have purchased a Plugin.
Yesterday I purchased a MQ2Mage plugin using PayPal. The purchase has been approved by my bank and the funds withdrawn.
I can see no record of the purchase however in my Resources. No order record and no purchase order. Is this normal? This was not a small amount for me a self funded retiree with no pension so I am a bit anxious.
Apologies if I am over anxious.
Anyway seeking info on the norm timeframes and normal notifications with these purchases.

This sounds stupid but did you refresh all plugins in the rg software?

It should be instant, so I do not blame you for being anxious.

If you've tried restarting the software I would also restart your PC. Is it the same account that you use to login here? If it's beyond that then maybe there is a hiccup and a dev will be along to sort things out for you on their end.

I have never had a serious issue beyond my own incompetence with rg and I am grateful for that.

They have been absolutely spot on, I just purchased the enchanter plugin the other night but I can inform you that unless you refresh/reload the software it won't show up.

If you paid via PayPal with e-check, it takes PayPal a few days to release the funds, and nothing is actually "paid" until they do.
