Problem - Alt + Any Key Combo shifts the Windowed Mode to the right (1 Viewer)

I run in windowed mode 1920x1080.
WindowedModeXOffset=0
WindowedModeYOffset=0
Not using the new UI engine

When I press the Alt + Q key (or any alt key combo) the window is shifted to the right about 10 pixels. Started happening since the last patch. Not sure if it's an MQ, EQ, or MuleAssist problem.

I noticed the same thing happening to my screen
I just move it back

Yeah I double click the title bar to get back to full windowed mode.

Its an EQ bug.
