Alright, so heres the deal:

Age of Conan open beta signups started today, not too long ago, but it turns you you have to have a payed fileplanet subscription or founder's club subscription to get one. I've been looking forward to this for i dont even know how many months, and it's really dissapointing.

TO SUM IT ALL UP:
I desperately need to be in contact with somebody that has a fileplanet or founder's club paid membership. ALL I will be doing with this is getting my beta key and getting out, and you can change the password etc etc. You have NO idea how much I would appreciate this, I would give you my redcents for a month.

I've read a whole bunch on AoC, and from what I've gathered, the game won't be much different from the way Vanguard was when it launched. Broken.

I'll talk to a friend of mine, I know he has a fileplanet account, he's had one for 3-4 years now and I know he's not playing AoC cause he loves Vanguard. Another friend of mine I think has a beta account he doesn't use cause he claims the game sucks, so I'll see if I can't get the information from that. I'll let you know ASAP.

I don't want to be ridiculous, but i assume your friend is talking about the closed beta key, which would be unbelievable to get even over the open beta key. If you could get me either of those options it would mean LOADS to me, thanks for even trying.

Tbh it really sucks when games cooperate with other paid services in order to provide game related things with paid offcompanies :|

I agree...I was extremely pissed when I discovered that this "open beta" was being used to generate extra subscriptions for file planet.
