I am being charged for level 2 access, but still can't see the forums. Anyone help me or atleast tell me how to cancel so I'm not being charged for things I cannot use, thanks

Odd. It says you haven't had an active subscription since 2008. Send me a copy of your PayPal Receipt and I can at least get you access if you paid for it.
