Question - Anyone NOT have a krono work to extend subscription time? (1 Viewer)

Scored some krono from RG last week. Consuming a krono on one account did not extend my subscription time. I have verified this using the DBG web account page. There was no error message or feedback of any sort.

I don't plan on requesting customer service because I don't want to open that whole can of worms about where my krono came from originally!

I'm just curious if anyone else has ever been ripped off by DBG on consuming a krono?

Last time this was a issue, was semi widespread, and they had people submit reports (DBG's). I dont think it is the KR per se, its the account time for KR interaction thst is janky I think (every 6 months, account/backside maint to try to modernize exchange)

In the past I had a mind fart and thought I lost the Krono from here so I submitted a ticket to DBG since I thought it got lost giving it from one character to another.

No problem and no bad consequences. They were able to tell me that it came from character "joe" and went to "bob" and did now show on "jim"

So, moral of the story - I think they already know where your Krono came from, where it went etc. I was under the impression each Krono has a serial number just like paper money does.

Is getting Krono from here against the rules?

There have always been issues with Krono disappearing in game.

I would go for it but I am also getting a 25 cent double cheeseburger at Mc D's today for hamburger day cause any money is good money
