For an audio trigger to work you only need to use a subset of the trigger phrase. So 'go run to the left side and duck while dancing on one foot' would work just as well as 'go run to the left'... I add full text for some triggers to make it apparent what you need to do.
Ture:
Ture roars with fury --> rampage.wav (not ramp, but warning ramp inc shortly)
Ture calms and regains its focus --> RampOver.wav
Jelvan:
Jelvan shouts --> FDnow.wav (FD within 3sec to avoid Tormentor AEs)
AMV:
You have been marked for death --> mark.wav
OMM:
You hear a strange buzzing around your head --> lashers.wav
You feel a gaze of deadly --> mask.wav
You feel the cold grip of death --> mark.wav
OMM for healers/officers:
I can taste your fear. You know the hand of death approaches --> AEDT.wav
Vishimtar:
You sense your doom approaching --> creeping_doom.wav
Dragons:
left arm, preparing to rake --> danger_left.wav
right arm, preparing to rake --> danger_right.wav
tail, preparing to attack --> danger_behind.wav
right as she adjusts her footing --> danger_right.wav
left as she adjusts her footing --> danger_left.wav
Hatchet:
Hatchet hefts a weighted throwing axe in his offhand and readies to throw it in your direction. You should get as far away as possible. --> runaway.wav (just get some distance)
You outdistance the reach of the throwing axe, and it clatters to the floor harmlessly. --> DangerGone.wav
Hatchet lifts his axe high, preparing to bring it down upon you. You should hide between his legs. --> moveleg.wav
By darting between Hatchet's hooves, he has no way to strike you. --> DangerGone.wav
Hatchet levels his axe at your upper body and prepares to swing. You should duck. --> duck.wav
Hatchet's axe passes harmlessly overhead --> DangerGone.wav
He's about to charge directly at you! --> kitehatchet .wav (continue kiting)
Hatchet the Torturer pauses to catch his breath --> DangerGone.wav
If you are close enough you can see who he charges (AE DT) when he emotes:
"Hatchet the Torturer levels his horns at <name>"
Regardless of distance you should still see:
"Hatchet locks eyes with you and snorts, pawing at the blood-stained tile with his hoof. He's about to charge directly at you!"
If you are ballzy you could kite him to traps when you have the DT emote, but if you get caught, everybody around you dies. It may be safer to wait until he's movable by other means.
Tris:
Tris stares deeply into your eyes --> look_away.wav
As if she is about to change --> back_off.wav
Devlin:
vial exactly where --> balcony.wav
Devlin draws back his arm and prepares to snap his whip around your neck. You should duck. --> duck.wav
Performer:
recites a line --> recites.wav
Mayong:
master raises his sword --> back_off.wav

To create an audio trigger, type in the "pattern" and select the sound to play. For example: pattern - "has become enraged" - sound - "alert2"
Click "Create"
