I was searching for bone chips for my pet and Alla only listed some far away merchants that carry bone chips. Then I found them on Zari Ikura in Feerot the Dream next to the POK book.

Also the chick on the other side of the Hole portal, arguably closer depending where you start from.

For TLPs, the skelies in Paineel's newbie farm spawn in groups of 3 or 4, insta respawn after the group is cleared. Very easy for pet classes + adv loot usage.
