I see how canni is setup in shm ini. for example canni|mana|90|20

whats the 90|20 mean? is it he will keep chewing his arm once he hits 20% and go to 90% mana?

yes / or maybe or maybe its mana/HP ratio not sure now you mention it .

close, it means that he will cast it at 90% mana or less UNLESS his health is less than 20%

Mana Spells/AAs such as Paragon of Spirit/Canni are set in the following manner. Spell Name|Mana|% mana to cast at|% Health to to prevent casting.
The health setting is only needed for spells that might kill the cast such as Canni/Death Blossom. It can be left off other spells.
