Not sure if this is possible simple yes or no will do hehe. but, is it possible to make a plugin that you can choose the numbers for the casinos? IE /ran 5 555 comes out to 503 or something similar? think its serverside but might as well ask. Thanks

Short Version: No

Long Version: Yes, you can make it where a random works in your favor ON YOUR SCREEN, however it won't look different to other people. They will see what you really wrote.
