Character Transfer/Changer Original Owner (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone, is there any way to transfer a character from one account to another when there original owner is different? Or is there a way to change the original owner? Been looking on the forums for a couple days now and haven't found anything. Thanks

The only way I know of changing the last name on the account is this.
Call blizzard say that your last name is changing * IE getting married or parents getting married* and say that you need the last named changed. They will then fax you a few pieces of paper to fill out and sign *SQ answer/name on account etc* Then you have to fax them your photo ID with the name of the OO's name on the card.

The way to make the card is use Photoshop *WHICH IS ILLEGAL* make it look legit, send that to them. Then then will change the last name on the account.
