Has anyone's entire group lately been crashing or going LD when the group leader or someone in group dies?

I have been hearing reports of people going LD or crashing for no reason including myself. I am wondering if this is part of the new hack detection.

I have had this happen twice recently. Once both of my boxes crashed when I was zoning. Macroquest was running but I was not activly using any macro's or plugins. I forget exactly what I was doing the other time, but it was not from anyone dying. Neither of these incidents made me think there was something wrong with macroquest, so I just cursed slightly and rebooted my boxes.

I had a new fresh install of eq with zero mq running and still run into the same zoning crashes. It is wierd I never crash in a zone just zoning and it has been complained about well before any realease of the new detection bs.

i had an odd issue the other day every time i switched in and out of two toons while using kiss i kept crashing every time i tried to log the next toon in.... however it was only in the valley of lumnayen and other in the group were also using and no one else had the problem just the one account out of the three i was running

Only had that issue the one day in the one zone this then hadnt run into it .... though i still randomly crash zoning into Sarith

I've been crashing a lot zoning, with and without MQ running, and I've only gone LD once standing in zone, and two dozen others went LD at the same time, and I was not running the program. I have not had any of my toons go LD if the leader does, I have had two toons LD at the same time zoning.

The GMS have crashed some zones recently as well looking for afk macro'd toons.

Really? how would crashing a zone detect if a character is AFK macro-ing?

I always like to build logic into my AFK macros. A GM would be hard pressed to detect me.

-PC in LoS or <500 units I FD
-Mob warps away I FD
-Multiple Tells I FD
-GM goes visible, your screwed so I don't do anything macro ends.

If any of the conditions are met that don't = macro ending routine, 5 Minute Delay is imposed, in case Players, GMs are testing the fences so to speak. Catch me if you can!

They crash the zone and then sees who logs back in. If the entire group was exping and doesn't log back in chances are they were afk macroing

so they are using Circumstantial evidence now? Are they gonna ban because of this? Makes me wonder but I do not believe in Circumstantial evidence and I hope SOE don't!
