hi guys,

i think redguides is charging me twice. could u look into it?

i had paypall cancel my sub here, so I resubbed. now I just pay few days ago and today got another "bill" from redguides.

I have no access to the PayPal stuff, that's Redbot, but I would make sure to find your actual RedGuides Subscription from back in the day, and make sure you cancel it. Because when the site was switched over, Red had no way to do that. Therefore any active subs from there will still be charged. There's a whole thread here somewhere about it.

As I got canceled, I created new sub on oct 21. now seems that old sub somehow "reactivated" tho paypal told me its canceled.

should I cancel both subs now? how to do it?
