lyssa's darkwood piccalo seems to be a secondary slot only item. The code would entirely depend on what you want to do with it.. what sort of conditions you want to meet before doing X with it.
Like say
would use the bandolier to switch to a premade bandolier profile called flute (which you can set up to have the flute in hand) when ever you are not in combat.
Or in other words... code them to do what, exactly =)
