Keep getting this every time my toon zones. I unloaded a bunch of plugins, have no macro or Lua scripts running. Really not hurting anything other than annoying af.

check .cfg files?
Sounds like you have some logic that doesn't have a / in it perhaps.
Agree, I like to mention it just started on one toon, noticed other toons aren't doing it. One .cfg that starts with a random number does have camp in it, but unless this file correlates to a specific toon, I don't think it is my issue.

/bind CAMP ctrl+X
/bind ~CAMP clear
