Last year was the 40%. Daybreak must not be hurting for cash anymore so their discounts are getting worse. I started using up a few of the game cards that I've had for over 4-5 years. They haven't had a double station cash in over 2 years, and I doubt we'll see another till the TLP crowd just up and vanishes, once the more scripted expansions start unlocking. Which will cause them to hurt for cash again and then they'll open up another huge discount or double station cash.
