EQ Progressive server (1 Viewer)

Did anyone else notice these servers come up? I didn't until now.

They opened in july I think and already they are almost ready to open Luclin.

I made a char on The Sleeper and it is pretty old school feeling but damn, some people need to get a life.

Id like to see classic/kunark maybe velious only for at least a year before anything else is opened

Yeah I can't believe how far they are already. I mean, what's the point really? SoE should have put some form of timed lock into place so if a guild were to kill that era's boss it should be like a few weeks or even a month before the next expansion becomes availible. The server won't remain a "progression" server much longer at the rate they're going.

I made a character and reactivated my account a week ago to see first hand how it is. I haven't played EverQuest for two years and it felt like an entire new game. I got discouraged and quit playing after a day or two. Give me a time machine - then I'll go back and play. But this new crap sucks. Back to World of Warcraft~

I dont know, feels the same to me. There are a few new items here and there but all around its the tedious grind it once was. Low levels fly by? Nope.. it slows down at level 5 lol

Unless you are twinked or have druid buffs it feels like the same old eq to me. Problem is, like you said they need to lock the times in because soon it'll just be a normal server
