you have MQ2 running probably, close it, get in game and start it again.

Okay, I tried it and this is the error I got, in addition to eqgame.exe error after loading it....

eqgame.exe-Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point ?GetKeyboardFlags@CXWndManager@EQClasses@@QBE_IXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library MQ2Main.dll
