So I was looking at hitting frostcrypt with my new toons that I created when Free to play launched. They do not have faction or the quests needed to enter. I looked all over allakhazam and elsewhere to see if the requirements had changed and could not find any info other than what was posted quite a while ago like 2010.

I started grinding faction and was just dreading this. I decided to go grab the guys that I had that I knew had completed the flagging quests and had ally faction.
With 3 flagged guys I grabbed 3 of my new free to play toons level 90-95 with no flags or faction. I was able to enter with all of them so no piggy required that I can see. I do not know if theere is a level requirement, I am assuming level 75 required.
I will test with a level 71 and level 76 unflagged toon that I have and see if they can enter.
I thought I would post this since had I read something like this before grinding faction for 3 days I would have been pleased instea dof wasting 3 days for nothing.
Why go to Frostcrypt you say? Augs augs augs. You can easily get 100-120hp/mana augs here.
I also have a lower level grind group ~lvl 75 that I use for other purposes that I would love to have the best lvl 75 gear possible and this is the place.
I'll update when i test my lvl 71 and lvl 76 unflagged guys to see if they can enter.
I hope this helps other folks that are interested in going back to Frostcrypt for whatever reason.

•In order to participate in a Frostcrypt raid, you will need to reach ally faction with Wraithguard Leadership and complete Fergarin Bardon I's group and raid tasks. Each requires ally faction with Wraithguard Leadership to request and gives a positive faction hit to everyone involved:
◦Intercepted Correspondence (group)
◦Lost Letter (group)
◦Confession (group)
◦Kill Kangur (raid)
◦Udengar the Traitor (raid)
◦Speak with the King (raid)
•Check the and Wraithguard Leadership faction listings to see all associated tasks and quests available through them.
•In order to request a Frostcrypt raid, you need all of the above AND ally faction with Wraithguard (different from "Wraithguard Leadership")
•You may now request the Frostcrypt raid from Fergarin (say "Frostcrypt" to him) and zone in by saying "Fergarin" to Wraithguard Sergeant Thavin.
