Problem - Getting disconnected from server (1 Viewer)

Not sure what's going on, but I've been experiencing frequent disconnects and getting booted back to the server screen. I ran my toons for the last 3 hours without MQ and everything was stable. So, I think it might be MQ causing it. There have been a couple crash messages when it occurs.

Let me know what else I can provide to help devs track down the cause.

Active Lua/Plugins running:
CWTN (Paladin, Necro, Mage, Shaman)
Lua RGMercs (Bard, Wiz)

Lately, I've been running MQ2Grind, but it doesn't appear to be isolated to just those instances because I had it happen while recovering in the Guild Lobby. There hasn't been a set interval when this crash occurs. Sometimes it is within a 5 minutes and sometimes hours.

Not sure this is related, but I've been disconnected in PoK, running Lua and doing tradeskills. Happened 3 times over hours today, get knocked to character select. No crash notification.
More info. Only PoK.. I had multiple toons in PoK (tradeskill mules etc) and one toon elsewhere. All of the toons in PoK were disconnected at once when that happened. The non-PoK toon was fine, second time I moved her just to be safe in case the server was crashing.

Yeah, I've had mixed results too when it occurs. The other night, I had a team running through Final Fugue and another grinding through GMM. The GMM team disconnected without error and the other team was still running just fine :shrug:
 
I ran a team today using MQ2Grind in Frontier Mountains from a different computer. As they were running, I had a continuous ping to cloudflare during that. There was zero latency spikes or packet loss, and the crash happened again.

Also, I had a 2nd team running from my main PC in MQ2Grind in Laurion's Inn. They are still going without error. So, not sure what is causing the intermittent disconnects back to the server select screen.
 
Something similar happens to me. I didn't know where to go about trying to fix it (whether an EQ problem or MQ problem). Since seeing this thread, I will add my experience. Laurion's Inn, Timorous Falls, Guild Lobby, Shadeweaver's Tangle, Plane of Knowledge and Plane of War. This all started the night of the June 19th patch. (I think Plane of Knowledge is unrelated as multiple people were complaining in chat of crashes.)

I have the netstat line on and it would start to deteriorate to zero when the mobs froze. The client would go back to server and after trying to get back in would fail saying the session was lost. I would need to shut down the client and start it each client again (I did not restart VV). It would take about 60 seconds for the disconnect to start once the netstat showed signs and things froze.

Only the client running RGmercs-Lua (bard) would produce a crashdump but not all the time.

All the clients were running Alphabuff, Parcel and Guildclicky. The driver was running: Buttonmaster, invisdisplay, HunterHud, BoxHud, ASizeGui.

BST, CLR, DRU, SK, ROG, BRD with Cwtn plugings and rgmercs (for bard).

The clients are in their separate installs on the same SSD.

Driver has logs on.

The netstat deterioration is random from 30 minutes to 3 hours. At night I unload and sit in guild hall most nights. While unloaded, there is no deterioration and I come back to the toons in the same spot logged in.

I have a Gigabit Internet connection and nothing else complained of dropped signal. I even isolated my computer from the switch in the office and directly ran a line to the router.

EDIT: On a couple occasions, I would not have all the toons in the same zone and only those in the specific zone it was happening would disconnect. One instance was a camp wipe. I had one toon dead at camp and not rezzed to lobby. The others were in the lobby and disconnecting. The dead toon was fine, no netstat and could see mobs moving. As soon as I hit rez, the toon disconnected trying to zone to lobby.

If there is better information, I could provide the next time it happens let me know.
 
Just had another mass disconnect, THIS time I got Macroquest crash notifications. Sorry it won't let me copy the text from the dialog box, but here is one crash id:

Some of the crashes were in a windows dll (KERNELBASE), others were in an EQ dll, v8_libbase.

I had 8 toons in pok and 1 in old velious ToV. All crashed at once. 1 pok toon was running a Lua, tcn (tradeskill construction set next), the others were just standing around. The tov toon was using autoforage. I usually run lem and a few other luas, but at this time was not.
 
These constant crashes are making this game unplayable :(

Did some testing earlier. Logged in under VPN and didn't do too much, but never disconnected. Rebooted PC and tried again without VPN. Everything seemed stable for a few hours until I ran MQ2Grind in "Goblins and Fools". Whole team was disconnected after about an hour. Logged back in and unpaused and was immediately disconnected again within a few seconds. Logged back in and again, disconnected instantly. I don't know what is going on or causing all this. PLEASE HELP!

These crash errors only pop up after the fact. While in game, there is no warning when this happens. Just everyone in the zone or instance on my PC starts crashing from the looks of the connection meter in the top left.

I know the whole zone isn't crashing because when I get back online others are still there at their camps without issue.

Think I may have found the source of the issue. Appears that there may have been a change to "ET P2P Vuze UDP Connection" firewall signature that was preventing UDP packets from being sent back to DBG's 69.174.201.xx IP range.

I added a traffic rule on my router to allow the activity and so far everything seems to be alright. Will continue testing throughout the day, but if none of my teams are kicked in a few hours, I think we may have a win :)
