Question - Ground item... how to find? (1 Viewer)

I've been trying various iterations of SPAWNCOUNT and Spawn, with trying to find a "ground item". It shows on the /nav UI... but I cannot seem to navigate to it.

/nav item "ITxx_ACTORDEF"

does not get there. Even thought the UI says it is there.

However, if I do:
/itemtarget "name_of_grounditem"
it says it is targeted-- but only if I use the name that I can see in the map...

But, I cannot seem to programmatically "grab" it.

Seems ground items are not found with "spawn"...?

Hmmm...

/itemtarget
/autoinventory

seemed to grab it.

But I still cannot seem to get at the XY coordinates.

I read the posts about /gank and the active hack issue. Question is how to get what the nav UI sees as coordinates somehow in a *.mac script.

Appreciate any insights.

Look at my post in this thread for an example of how to pick up stuff on the ground and list stuff like coords etc.

In short: the tlo for Ground items is... ${Ground} and it's accessible after you have a ground item targeted.

/items

lists all the ground items in a zone...
