This is the guild raid that your guild receives upon attaining Guild Level 5. It is given by City Registrar Glamis after you do the Report to City Registrar Glamis quest (see related quests) for Freeport players. For citizens of Qeynos it is given by Caretaker Nogfizzle in North Qeynos.
This is the level 20 guild raid. It is given to guild members when their guild reaches level 20 by City Registrar Glamis in East Freeport.
You must gather 6-12 players to defeat an special instanced raid area, that is entered in the Commonlands. This is a special version of Bloodskull Valley. The mobs in this instance are level 31-32.
The reward is the loot dropped on the monsters in the zone, which is relatively good.
It basically gives you access to an instanced version of the Shattered Vale in Antonica. it requires 6-12 players to enter this raid. Your mission is to kill the boss of this zone. The reward is the loot table of the zone.
