Actually, it's a common misconception.
Those are actually gerbils.
To lower your electric bill, you can buy a generator hooked up to a treadmill and have a homeless person stand on the treadmill. Then all you have to do is insert said gerbil...[deleted by the Editor].
Viola, you have excess power which you can then sell back to the electric company.
Alternatively, you can hire a wanna-be actor/waiter that looks like Richard Geer. More expensive (minimum wage) but less....aromatic.

ok creed... click home on the redguides page. Then the big BLUE bar at the top with the site name on it that shows up on your taskbar when you minimize it..for ex. when you are reading this it will say Redguides.com-Hamster Power (thread name)-Microsoft Internet Explorer (or whatever you are using). It is the only big blue bar with an X a box and a dash on it.
