With 2 brand new PvP servers about to be opened I thought it was time to let this secret out of the bag.
To become immune to all rear attacks (backstab, hidden shiv etc) all you need to do is be in 3rd person view and rotate your camera so that your camera view faces your opponents front. This assumes you have the autoface option enabled in your options.
I know it seems silly, but with autoface on, EQ2 actually calculates where your back is based on where your camera is pointing! It took many duels to finally figure out what was causing this, but it works every time. You can even rotate the camera while knocked down or stunned. Annoy the heck out of scouts everywhere!
