well since we on this topic and figured i'd post to find the answer also related to this sorta.
If you run 2 things of everquest a standard eq window not wineq. Load it up and use mq2fps. I know the point of it was to help out on processor. I want to be able to have the same fps on both screens. so if i'm running 42fps on 1 window and if I tab to the other I will see the same thing. i'v tried playing with the /maxfps and also render, looked at the wiki and all of that. but everything is going to a dead end.
1 screen with be like 45/60 the other will be 7/60.
heh and if your to much of a penny pincher like me. Just run EQ in windowed mode and fire it up twice. Works for me with no problems if i turn down all the graphics and use old models. If i try to run a 3rd instance tho it starts to bog down but it's doable
