For anyone that doesn't know, Stanford Chemistry Department has a project called Folding@Home. It is an application you run on your computer, which works for any OS, that uses your excess computer processing power to do computations to help the project.
Here's the homepage: Folding@Home
I was thinking we could set up teams for each big Redguides area, obviously now it could only be EQ vs. WOW. People who want to, can download the software, and all you have to do to join the team is enter your team number during setup. Nothing to sign, no trouble, just install the program and let it run as much as possible. The F@H project keeps stats of individuals and teams, so at the end of the month, we can see which team did the most processing.
We don't have to have prizes or anything, but it would make running the program a bit more enjoyable, in knowing that you're competing!
