I used to be a pretty fair programmer, so I'm gonna dip my toe into the water and try and compile.
Which version of c++ and supporting software from Micro$oft do I need?
Assume I have nothing, cause everything I have is so *old*. I mean anything that starts with, "rewind tape, and install...." should be no good, right? And this part about passing bits to a different computer by writing 1 or 0 in chalk and holding it up to the screen ... I should ignore that, right?
I'm out on M/$ site d/l the following:
-- .NET Framework 2.0 SDK Beta 2 x86
-- .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package Beta 2 (x86)
Anything else? or Instead?
And some tips would be good. I can learn from the mistakes of others. (nodnod)
