Just bought 2 accounts, what happened 2 char to acct xfers? (1 Viewer)

Hey,

Quick question, I just purchased two accounts, to start playing EQ again after my long break. However for the life of me I cannot find on the EQ website the place to transfer one char from one acct to another acct? Anyone know if they stop doing this, or am I just a retard and looking at the wrong spot lol?
