I believe "Coral Diving" Gives a fair amount.
Mainly I do it just for the orum/exp but does have faction selection in reward box. I 3 box that mission. Pain sometimes with adds, some of the water ooze's come out of walls but nothing there really hits terribly hard. My SK is only 18k buffed and tanks it just fine.
