Problem - Lag issue (1 Viewer)

Hello, I have been using Redguides for months with no problem. I Box 24 toons on a EMU server. Last Night everything was working fine, but today when I logged in I started having 1-3 second delay on all actions. When I unload MQ2 the lag stops. I've tested my internet connection serval times, with no issues. Sitting at 950 Download, 920ish Upload. I've even logged into other games to test my connection with 0 issues. Once again, When I unload MQ2 in game, all of the lag stops. Any Ideas?

Actual internet lag or frame rate lag?

Use framelimiter

Not frame lag, actual lag. 1-3 second delay on all actions. Casting, Stick, opening a bag, etc etc.
