the image is a grid showing 9 versions of the xbox website taken one day. America, the UK, France, Brazil, India, Australia, Korea, Taiwan and Japan... Japan's seems to be the only one with PINK being the predominant color, and featuring prepubescent girls striking poses (it's big, i'll just link it):
