I have an idea for something and I think it has the possibility to be very lucrative. I am looking to hire the programmer for the life of the site, so percentages of the profits will be given as payment. As for the designer, well payment will be decided. Depending on the need, there might be a possibility of hiring a designer for the life of the site as well.
