Lowbies on Horses (1 Viewer)

I have seen this at LEAST 3 times.

A lowbie on a horse, that they can control. I know that they are controlling it because I see it stopped around the city of Bree. I asked them, and most of them ignored me. The only other reply was that "you can rent a horse..." (duh)

Anyone know how they do this? How level 13's are riding around and controlling their horse?

Yes, I'm writing something about this for this section. Just a brief explanation is, you are required to "train" riding a horse before you can actually buy one. The quests to do this, allow you a horse (near bree) and you have to travel around on it, to different places. You can control it, etc but it has a time limit. It's a nice little sploit, ill post more later.

The questfor horse training is not available though till you are high enough lvl to buy one I thought. Might be wrong.
