Heard from a Guild mem that there is a possible plug floating around allowing you to scribe and memorize any spell ignoring level/class/diety..I don't know how realistic this is, but I guess it doesn't hurt to ask if anyone has or heard of it also.

Since we can equip any peice of equip no matter the slot I don't this a far shot from it, but I am not plugin person.
