More mana than started? (1 Viewer)

Sometimes I will notice I will have like 46% mana and I can cast a buff and after the buff or whatever goes off it will boost me up 20% mana or so. Its almost like server is saying casting it at just the right time yields you mana instead of taking it away. No I dont have GoM I have tested this on a bunch of low lvl toons and high lvl ones. Cant figure it out. Im thinking it has somethign to do with the spell going off just as or just before the "tick" occurs.

You just aren't syncing properly. Make sure the time/timezone on your computer is set correctly. This can happen the other way too where you see FM but you're really only 60m.
