Question - MQ2 cycling through targets not pulling. (1 Viewer)

Been having some major problems the past few days and cant seem to figure it out.
It seems my puller is speeding through tab targeting mobs within range , but doesn't actually pull them.
Where should I begin my search on how to correct it?

Side note: Im at the Sarnak Fort in LoIO and it seems to successfully target and pull goblins - But not sarnaks.
Also, Ive reinstalled multiple times and even re made my INI a few times trying to correct this.

BTW using Kissassist for pulling.
