MQ2 stole my ` key (1 Viewer)

I use the ` key for voice chat, as well as some spells in the KA ini. Also I do not tab between EQ windows with one key. Is there any way to remove this option so I can get my key back? I tried searching the MQ2 ini.

Just for clarification I am referring to the ~ and ` key. This is not to be confused with the ' and " key.
