Did I forget something stupid or is this a new thing? I was going to roll up some f2p accounts to play on the side and eventually try to raid with, but when I try to log them in EQ says it requires a valid subscription? I created 6 accounts with the same email and verified the email on one, but the others tell me there was an error verifying the email, however none of them let me past the login server. Did I move too fast and trigger something on their end?

you have to log all new accounts in via the dbg launcher at least once to accept ToS

usually you can do 5...on a new e-mail without raising too many flags.

Pro-tip: if you're getting into "build mode" (my term) on new teams I'll usually set-up an e-mail on say Monday...and pop 2 new accts to that e-mails every day...so by Wednesday they're ready to rock...then i mobilize my little tribe...if you do that twice a week you can get about 10 without raising any flags w/ 2 new e-Mails. Full disclosure..force of habit i always flip my vpn to a different location before I create new accts...probably doesn't do anything...but it's worked so far.

I've been pretty slow at getting these accounts going and I know that can be a bad thing. Tonight I went to make some toons and got this message that I haven't seen before:

many/most new accounts get flagged for 2fa these days. I wouldn't abandon them

Don't create over 5 accounts in a week or they probably will get flagged for 2fa
