Creed and Red, I have an idea.
Set up the site so that every time a person signs up, the word "continue" is placed in the middle of a FAQ about MQ2 and is inserted in such a way as to be hidden, but clickable to continue the registration process. Basically, this will more or less force people to read the FAQ to find the continue button, unless they are smart enough to use the "search" feature of their browser. But, considering guys like this aren't smart enough to use the search feature of the web site itself, this scenario is doubtful.
