I like fanra for his links/list the mask in question is Bone mask of Horror (not prestige)

Mask is probably the best reward rest is housing items, merc scarecrow, food/drink and hats (not usable without hero's forge)

Stout Mottled Mask is a reward for Under Your Skin for the heretic ale drinkers that cannot stand a fine aged brandy.
