If you're a Destruction RDPS...and your group has pushed to the lighthouse...this is your time to shine. Sure it only works for players 1-11, but, you can do those levels and max renown like I did in 1 night easy without doing a single quest.

At the lighthouse flag, there will be a low rise blue roof. You can easily get onto the roof, and when you do...you will notice you can run around the top of the roof and it has "invisible" "floors". With a few minutes of messing around, you can find yourself able to run nearly all the way around the lighthouse tower. Sounds lame? Right, you can literally unload damage, run behind the tower out of everyones LoS(including casting range from below), regain health...rinse repeat.

Just a warning about this and other roof exploits: depending on the GMs on your server you could be banned. I've heard two confirmed stories from people on my server who are playing on their 2nd (brand new) acct after doing what you are describing. Mythic's "justice" is sometimes sporadic, but they are pretty harsh when they do take action.
