Problem - Problem with excluding someone from my baz macro (1 Viewer)

Hey, I was just introduced to /mac bazaar trader. This thing is awesome and saves me so much time using it as opposed to manually checking about 90 items a day to ensure I have the lowest price in the bazaar. I only have one problem. I am trying to set my .ini file so that I do not undercut a friend of mine, but it keeps undercutting. He is the only person I have in my excluded list and we are unsure why I keep going lower than him when I run the mac. Any help would be appreciated:

Obviously the ini is longer but I'm not copy and pasting 20000 lines when only a few lines are needed. Maybe I am trying to edit the wrong file? Not sure, but thanks for taking a look RG'ers!
