Instructions to select what plugins MQ2 will load

Warning for macro writers: All macros will be overwritten if they share the same name as one of our default macros. Consider using unique names for any macros you modify.
The RedGuides Updater
- Update your MQ2 files from the RedGuides MQ2 Compile zip file no more unzipping,
cut and paste, or wondering what files were updated. - Will not overwrite ini files only plugin .dll files and .mac files.
- Remembers your MQ2 folder location for next update.
- Copy MQ2 UI files to your EverQuest/UI folders with a few mouse clicks.
- Completely offline. No need to login or connect to the internet to use.

- Install
- Create a new folder for your Macroquest2 files. Name and create the folder what/where ever you want.
i.e. C:\Program files\Macroquest2
- Shut down any instances of EverQuest or MacroQuest2 you may have running.
- Download RGUpdate.exe at the bottom of this post, and save it somewhere you'll remember.
- Open the RGUpdate.exe file
- Select the path to where you downloaded the RedGuides MQ2 Compile zip file.
- Select your Macroquest2 folder
- Click the Update Button
- Download the current RedGuides MQ2 Compile zip file.
- Open the RGUpdate.exe file
- Select the path to where you downloaded the RedGuides MQ2 Compile zip file.
- Select the path to your EverQuest UI Default or Custom UI folder.
- Click the Copy button
Instructions to select what plugins MQ2 will load
- Click the Setting button in the lower left hand corner of the RGUpdater. See Illus #1
- In the list click on checkmark box to select the the plugins you want to load when MQ2 starts. See Illus #2
- Click the save button when finished to save your settings
