Updated MQ2 zoning message to: RedQuest2 (Standard) - Build: MQ2-20060324
Updated MQ2ChatWnd title to: RedQuest (MQ2)

No additional plugins, its just a basic build for those that do not need the extra stuff.

You can't. You'd need to build them yourself, or download another compile and gank the .dll's from there.
