Can a toon without an expansion wear an attunable item from that expansion? For example, after this TBM removal fiasco I have a toon down to 100 that no longer has TDS or TBM. I want to put a TDS attunable on him, but before I spend the time to camp it or spend the money I'd like to know if it's even possible to wear it.
